We’re very pleased to have launched the latest release of EurekaPOS this week which includes integrated customer loyalty. Maintain your customer database, scan a loyalty card at the till to accrue points, print mini-statements for your customers, redeem points. This week we’re installing our most northern Eureka system so far! As part of a rollout with the Faith Mission Bookshops in Scotland we’ll be in Fraserburgh & Peterhead installing our EurekaPOS Point of Sale system.

I’m told to expect it to be a bit chilly up there! Anyone want to lend me a coat?

Over the last few months we’ve been busy working on a new range of Eureka Mobile handhelds. We’ve kept the simple, easy to use interface – but with improved speed, reliability, better connections to your PC, and some fancy update and remote control options to keep your handhelds running.

At the start of March we moved our office into larger premises for the 3rd time in as many years! We’ve been in our new “home” now for about 4 weeks and it’s finally starting to take shape. We’ve installed nearly 3km of computer cabling and enough power sockets for a small village! Lynne has even managed to acquire some trendy pictures & plants to soften the techie edges!  We’ve got much more workspace, client meeting area, meeting rooms, proper store room (hooray!), and still room to grow. Most of our staff are based here so when you’re talking to us this is probably where we are …

Yesterday evening we had an official “open evening” – here are a few photos of our new home … if you’re an existing or (potential) client and find yourself in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland please do call in for a chat and a coffee!

At Foodex this week our UK Partner, Bizerba have been demonstrating our Eureka Despatch Software running on their brand new windows based modular K Series. It’s not quite ready for production use yet but The Despatch Module will link with our Customer Accounts / Wholesale software application to provide a quick and efficient way to fulfil customer orders.

We also plan to make our EurekaPOS Point of Sale & FareEnough Hospitality software available on this platform later this year.
